Quotes are good-faith estimates; a binding price is only final once signed in writing by both parties. For interstate moves, our services are governed by your separate written services agreement, the bill of lading issued on move day, and applicable federal and state regulations (USDOT 4560558, MC 1812595).

6. Limitation of Liability

Crutchfield Movers LLC will not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of the website or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages. Unless you elect and pay for full-value protection, our liability for loss or damage to transported items is limited by federal tariff to sixty cents ($0.60) per pound per article.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Termination
